well i've still not managed a proper meal, but i did manage a handful of chips yesterday...first hot food in a while.
the shakes & juices must be working, because i weighed myself yesterday and i've only dropped 4 pounds in the two weeks, which isn't anywhere near as much as i feared it might be.

...nose picking matters to you huh?

Still, I (and most people/doctors) think it's a control issue. Stress leading to a feeling of loss of control is a classic trigger for an eating disorder. Traumatic food and/or body image experiences as a child are classical set-ups for eating disorders as well.

i'm so glad you talked to my last therapist. it's a pity you didn't listen though.

your need to be right it getting a tad deraily. do you have an experience you would like to share with the class?
