Ed drugs i.e. cialis and weight training / working out

Anecdotally, I'd say ED drugs maybe seem to help my performance, but could just be my imagination. Conceivably, increased blood flow could improve performance. Any experiences?

If they work similarly to pre-workout supplements that increase NO in the blood, then it makes perfect sense.

I think that is the mechanism by which they work, but could you go into more detail about why that makes sense? Why does an increase in NO in the blood improve performance?

Seems it can work in some people...but only in very high altitudes.

You get a better pump and vascularity. Also can slightly help stamina because it lowers blood pressure

I just use L-Arginine to get a better pump and it works also for workouts

the effect would be miniscule... psychosomatic I'm,afraid. But enjoy.

I have tried it a few times. The results were interesting to say the least. But I don't think it will ever take the place of a good NO2 sup.
