wow, that's a lot of medical jargon for me. anyway, I picked up some panax ginseng at the store yesterday. a friend tried it years ago and said the energy pick up was all he noticed.
 
The recommendations made of paying attention to lifestyle and in looking into natural alternatives is something refreshing to see in a medical journal :)

Even when men are physically sound but perhaps suffering from performance based ED, they're given prescription erector drugs- which treat the symptoms (at least temporarily), but do little to nothing for the "cure".

Well I bet a Ginseng supplement would generally also treat the symptom without helping to cure the problem.

That might be so, but if health and/or mood are a factor then something healthy and good for you will offer a much better boost than drugs with numerous negative side effects.
