It took me a long time to desypher Dr.Lin's bad English but eventually I got the hang of it. It is used to avoid the "point of no return" before an orgasm. The only way to stop ejaculation otherwise, is to kegel as hard as possible and hold back the ejaculate.
The advantage of the Chikong breathing technique is that if used several times to stop an orgasm (edging) your penis gets extremely hard and will stay hard for longer than normal and when you finally do have an orgasm it will be HUGE!!!! You will also find that your erection remains for some time afterwards.
It takes a bit of practice but works very well when you get the hang of it. It becomes a challenge to do it when you haven't cum for several days - I still haven't quite mastered that.
Instructions:
1. Masturbate until you feel the first signs of an orgasm
2. Stop stimulation
3. At the same time - stick out your arse by contracting your lower back muscles, breath out quickly and inflate the lower part of your stomach as much as possible (as though you are mentally trying to squeeze your bladder) You should look like a duck in side view
4. Hold your empty breath and that position until the desire to orgasm fades,
5. Continue fucking or wanking until you feel those intitial signs of an orgasm again.
6. Repeat step 3
With practice, if you concentrate on breathing out whilst in that duck position you can actually prevent the orgasm from coming during some serious thrusting."
After you've stopped your orgasm from happening several times, you will reach a point where you have become desensitized and can fuck like a porn star.
