    ive been edging for about a year now(always with a cockring) and find there are 2 techniques to have orgasms without ejaculating. i dont really use a time frame. i mostly keep track of how many times i bring myself to the point of no return without ejaculating.

    #1. stroking my cock until the point of no return and barely past,remove my hand, and clinch my pc muscle as hard as i can holding on for dear life hoping my pc muscles will out battle my ejaculation. the feeling is highly pleasurable and hurts like hell at the same time. the stronger my pc muscles got the further i was able to go past the point of no return. after the first battle is won i normally subside till half erect before round 2.

    good stuff mate! I also use edging like you (except I don't wear a cockring) and theese 2 techniques are the most effective in my opinion... btw I never experienced a real "dry orgasm"... Sometimes I decide to not cum at all thus having a larger flaccid hang all the day long and an increased load for the next session! I love edging definitily and it is also the safest PE technique we have, maybe a little harmful for prostate but if you cum often there are not problem I think...

    as for your questions, i ll answer them to the best of my ability and experience....

    1. yes i have achieved it.. its called a ruined orgasm.... use the #1 technique to edge 2 to 3 times only and then, the next time, stroke and when you came close to the very edge, stop! you have gone beyond the point of no return. its gonna come out. relax your Pc... so there is no force and it just oozes out... not very pleasurable... dont know why you're calling it the holy grail tho.... you ll find a lot of this in tease and denial play...

    2. no. its not being the close but the involuntary convulsions your dick goes through is what is considered male multiples... without cumming ofcourse...

    its kinda the exact way i explained. i guess the trick is not to get too close before relaxing you pc. if its tight and you go to far, when you try to relax it it wants to automatically start pumping cum. you have to make the transition early enough so that doesnt happen. once the transition is made you have to keep a pretty steady stroke going, becouse your cock isnt quite as sensitive with your muscle relaxed. youll start to feel it getting closer to the point. once you get there youll feel the pressure building in the base of your cock. at this point you have to really get focused. if your watching porn ignore it and pay attention to your cock. it doesnt take much to put you over. it will get as hard as its ever been. at this point you have to lightly rub the frenunum. no friction just two finger pressed firmly against moving the skin around. sometimes you have take fingers away. sometime you jut have to tap it. whatever it takes to stay at that fine line with pc relaxed. it challenging and took me a lot of time to get it right. the longer you can keep it there.the better it is. with your cum built up at the base the precum just seems to bypass it and start oozing out. this site is enough to put you over. the more you practice the longer you can last. i think its twice as good as #1 and mostly end my session with it. i hope this helps.

    I believe that edging gives you the chanche to cement gains... coupled with jelqing and kegels it makes your cock hard rock and thicker!

    yes normal.. and if you are a true PE practicer you should know that it's linked to fatigue... even in bodybuilding when you are near overreaching if you decrease volume and intentisy then you see that strength come back bigger than before...

    Here's another approach to the whole business. Depending on whether your aim is to enlarge your erection by edging, or whether you want to delay ejaculation during lovemaking, and/or achieve orgasm without ejaculation, you may or may not find the following of interest.

    1) Male orgasm and ejaculation can be completely de-coupled so that it is possible to have several orgasms during love-making without any ejaculation and subsequent loss of erection. Edging certainly helps with this, and actually, pressing the perineum is a technique quoted in the Kama Sutra and other classic Tantric texts. (I never found it particularly effective.) Obviously, it's a bit awkward trying to press the frenulum during lovemaking if you want to slow things down, but certainly possible.

    2) Kegels, PC muscle exercises of all sorts are essential. It becomes possible after a while to distinguish between the separate muscle groups around the penis, and to exercise them separately. In my experience, there are three main groups, those within the penis, those around the perineum (the penis root) and those around the anus. All are important, and in the yoga posture known as "Maha Banda" all are contracted, and held tight for as long as possible, then relaxed.

    3) However, the most important aspect of the whole thing is awareness, becoming familiar with your body's signals and subtle sensations. This can best be done by practising breath awareness for a short period every day. Just sit comfortably, close your eyes, and focus on the sensation of the flow of breath going in and out past your nostrils.

    4) Yoga breathing exercises (pranayama) also help by keeping the system toned up, the mind calm, stress-free and clear.

    5) To practise de-coupling ejaculation from orgasm, try combining edging with breath awareness and kegels. As you reach "crisis point" contract the anus muscles several times, pull your chin down towards your adam's apple, and breath deeply through the nose only. Do this exercise sitting up. After some time (be patient, could take weeks...) you should find that you can trigger an orgasmic muscular release through the whole body, with the energy rushing up the spine instead of into the groin, without having to get near ejaculation point.

    6) During love-making, climax can also be defused by expanding the abdominals as though you are trying hard to pee (sort of the opposite to contracting the PC muscles to stop peeing).

    All of this stuff takes practise, and all helps to maintain a good hard erection, powerful orgasms, and, maybe, a larger dick.

    Hi.... Just wondering what your reactions might be to my experience with this....
    I had 2 very long sessions a while back -- each one lasted about 3 1/2 hours. I found that the main point was to keep from reaching an orgasm during the first 40 minutes or so... After that, I was able to go on for the remaining time without having to exercise any precaution or whatever. It was as if the orgasm reflex had been turned off.... When I was finally ready to have an orgasm and end the session, we had to switch to a totally different method of stimulation, and it took a while to turn on the orgasm reflex again.... Before I wanted to go to bed about an hour later, I knew I was going to have to have a second orgasm, and I did that on my own, if you know what I mean.... then slept like a baby...     Who are you asking? If me...it sounds like you've got your act sorted out. Yes, I also find that the early stages are critical. I've only practised tantra with women, so I'm not best qualified to talk about the gay context (your profile says you're 100%gay).

    The longest I've sustained a non-orgasmic love-making session was about 9 hours. This was mostly very still, calm, and meditative. Periods of relatively intense activity, and long periods with hardly any movement at all. She was big into yoga and meditation, and at the same time quite anxious about me coming inside her. I found it simply didn't work if I was wearing a condom...seemed to prevent the energy flow, or something, I don't know. So I really had to be in control of my orgasms.
