Yes, if I get carried away and make it a good long session it can get a bit red. Need to use some sort of lube to guard against friction damage - I find coconut oil is very good

I imagine guys with tighter skins might have issues with swelling (fluid getting trapped in the skin). But I've never experienced it.

Everytime I edge, I always use abolene. It works well and lasts forever. It helps my foreskin to loosen up a bit at a time so the skin won't get swollen.
