sooo basically ive noticed that when i get an erection its only its hardest when my pc muscle flexes (sometimes involuntarily, i'd like some info on how to keep that from happening too, ive heard of reverse kegeling but not sure what it its or how to do it) but yea is this normal ive noticed while watching porn that the guys penis usually stays at a consistent hardness , my buddy however will only be really hard when my pc muscle flexes. how does one keep there penis its hardest without flexing the pc muscle, or should i be keeping my pc constantly flexed ??????

    I know what you mean.

I have that too. When I'm about to cum I can tell because my PC muscle flexes very instable. I know I have to slow down if I don't want to cum then.

My girlfriend always moans when that happens cause my dick gets really hard then.

I think doing the kegel exercizes makes the pc muscle more strong. So it doesnt flex @ random anymore it's just constantly flexed.

Would also like to know more
