So, I found this study floating around - does it look legit? Says that taking supplements for Zinc, L-Arginine, Pygeum and Lecithin will increase ejaculate volume, etc. I'd kinda like to try it (except for the L-Arginine). Does anyone know if taking Zinc, Pygeum and Lecithin will make me start bleeding? Looked up side effects, seems safe. Anybody have anything to say?
