Maybe this has happened to you or perhaps someone has an idea what it could be.
Generally when I jack off I can cum whenever I decide it's time however lately, not always, it takes longer and it is like the semen wants to come out but something constricts it so rather than shoot out like usual, it kinda leaks out when I soften a bit. It is like something is squeezing the tube that runs along the underside. Semen consistency remains the same.
Other times it is like it always has been so it isnt a permanent change.

Ideas appreciated!

did you get hit in the dick/balls or anything? i took a soccer ball right to the dick a couple weeks ago and something on the inside must have gotten swollen, cuz for a couple days afterwards my piss and cum came out out real slowly
