Electric pump—best?

I stopped pumping regularly about ten years ago, and I’m thinking about getting back into it. Back then electric pumps were relatively new, loud, clunky, and expensive. I was wondering if electric pump technology has improved and decreased in cost over the last decade. Could anyone recommend a good, multifaceted electric pump? Thank you!

oh, it's certianly decreased in cost, though anything with a motor is going to make sounds.

I want an electric pump that can be set to increase slowly then back off then increase slow then back off.
Can the Zen do that

Modded fish pump is the best and cheapest. Not the quietest or the loudest. I just throw my blankets and pillows on top of the pump to deaden the sound. I've used several electric pumps and a fish pump gives me the most expansion.
