Just my personal opinion, but I find his tone a bit condescending. I've had models saying they won't something without being all like 'I don't need to pander blabla'.

Guess it's a matter of perceptions-- Maybe calling him a dick was a bit much though.

In my opinion I don't find the term butt stuff derogatory. I think it's funny it's better than saying ass play like they do in porn or you can say penetration, but you can penetrate a lot more than just ass. You could say "anal." But that sounds dirty.
