read the linked article... of course only an idiot would think it was real because you can clearly see his briefs UNDER the prosthetic penis the author of the book GUTS had created for his friend to wear. It is 2 page spread in the book. No different than a picture of Mark Wahlberg wearing the penis seen at the end of Boogie Night.
