I usually get a semi, occasionally a full erection after shower in locker room. I just keep doing what I was doing and act like it's no big deal. I knew people looked at me, but never received any comments or complains.

Quite often I get semis or even a full erection in showers or locker rooms. Best way to deal with it is just ignore that you have one, as you would hope others would too.
