Well, this one time (as a patient), the EMS personnel used his large soft penis to lower a stretcher down to the mountain ledge where I was trapped. He then had an arousing thought, so his erection raised the stretcher to safety. It was amazing!

Volunteer Paramedic at local rescue squad. I've never had a re ore.y sexy experience while on duty. The blood and stuff sort of distract me, I guess.
