I just saw this movie last night... and he DOES have a full frontal scene although it is very, very quick. Blink and you miss it. It's toward the end of the movie. He gets out of bed angry when his gf makes fun of him for not being able to get it up... as he gets out of bed and goes for his pants, you can see something... not sure what... but something.
