This is a myth. There are many factors that play into a person's attractiveness to others. Usually his dick is covered, so, how would this really be a factor? Also, he could have a big one, but lie there like a corpse. Personality, manners, looks, and confidence likely play a bigger role in this, alas, no one drewls over any of those things.
