Energy Gels

Hi all,

For a while now i've been looking for energy gels for before and after the gym where the packaging is recyclable. I currently use high5 but hate the thought of those wrappers going to landfill and not degrading.

Can anyone recommend one please?

Doesn't have to be a gel, i'm open to other types like gummies.

Hey! I’m a trail runner, and was looking for the same thing. I found that Brix (maple syrup gel) makes refillable soft flasks that contain the equivalent of two energy gels. You can also buy the 700 g refills separately
