I am primarily a vacuum pumper but jelq and do a bit of light clamping from time to time as well... I need to jelq more. The pic is in the attachment.

Yes. PE works indeed, you just need patience and not be disappointed if you see no results very fast.

I hope to reach 20 cm in a couple of month, I will keep my post updated, but it will always take some months.
