Enzyte... the new Viagra?

gigantikok: Hey everyone. I apologize if this topic has already been brought up elsewhere on the board, but I haven't been posting regularly for awhile.

Anyway, lately I have noticed that Enzyte has completely changed it's marketing strategy. At one point, the pill made a very clear, very strong claim that taking the medication would increase penis size by 25%. I remember this claim was listed on their older website, I remember that the old commercials alluded to that ("bigger smile", "bigger swing of confidence", so on, so forth). It seems that quite recently, Enzyte has now started denying that taking the pills can increase penis size. They are now marketing it as another Viagra. Simply a pill you can take to get harder erections. The website even flat out states, "Taking Enzyte will not alter the shape or size of your penis".

What's up with that?

Puffery used to be an accepted standard in advertising. Now it's just fodder for lawsuits.

My brother used Enzyte for 3 months. His dick didn't get bigger or harder - his wallet got smaller though.

BRMSTN69: Is it just me, or is there anybody else out there that wants to kick "Enzyte Bob" in the teeth?

gigantikok: So Enzyte was running into trouble with a product that wasn't working the way they claimed it would, and when they tried to break into the mainstream with major commercials, they couldn't lie anymore?

Sounds like that makes sense.

And yea, Enzyte Bob needs a kick to the groin.

I almost feel sorry for the actor that plays Bob, cause how is he ever going to get a serious acting gig. I really can't think of a worst fate than to be typecast into penis enhancement commercials.
