When your pee-hole isn't at the end-of your dick, but under the glands. I was born with this, no problem, except peeing is, well, a splashing/not aiming-thing. Coming: always easy, there is a comfort-as-always knowing where it comes from. Asking for sharing.....

Fairly rare but one that during my practice was referred to urology for consult and intervention.
I’d like some clarification as the term you’ve used is for an opening on top of the urethra whereas hypospadias is for the abnormal urethral opening to be on the bottom.
Is your opening on the dorsal or ventral side?
Have you considered a surgical repair?
