Hey guys. Please read this post I just made as well: Not 100% erect, maybe have a problem? | LPSG

Let's say I dont have some medical problem. What are good exercizes I could do?
I've been doing PE for years, with some heavy 'training' the first year, some on and off in between. Now doing it regularly again.

I never paid too much attention to stamina exercizes. I did do some. Could this be the cause? (I don't quite remember if I have always had this).

Looking for a way to go and beat this thing. I want to be 100% hard with every erection. My dick is bigger then and I can fuck better.

Hopefully Big Al can say something too, he used to help me alot when I started.
