According to the map, the vast majority of the USA allows women the same right to get sunburned nipples as men have.
Cool. Or cold. Or burning. But don’t call it “hot” as that’s sexual in intent.
The reality is few women will take up the cause on a consistent basis.
You’ll see someone on occasion on Denver’s 16th Street Mall, a car-free expanse for tourists and local...colorful folks. Or in Boulder. And most keyboard Neanderthals will comment on how it’s never the ones you want to see. (Yeah, because it isn’t about your boner, moron) Or they comment on hair choices. I’m very Boulder.
But, hikers are warned every year not to partake in Hike Naked Day, by Colorado state Parks.
Now, I and my sweetie want to go out where there are not likely to be others and get some photos, involving me, topless.
(And, in all honesty, little else)
We know that what we are after is aside of the spirit of the ruling, casual, non sexual nudity. We want to get nekkid, and we know it. (Nekkid being nude and up to something)
I would like to be able to realistically cool off in a creek without a ranger hassling me, however.
how would you weigh the risk, knowing you are in the right, legally?
