I have looked and can't really find something that fits here.

I was always ready and even massively driven for sex.

Since I hit 40 it's not just my sex drive that has died but also my ability to get and maintain a hard dick.

I am still horny as hell but not sure if it's mental anxiety because it doesn't do what I want, but it is an issue. Am I alone?

You aren't alone. I've been struggling with ED for the past ten years. First 25 mg of viagra worked eventually I went to 100 mg then I started on Trimix injections. I'm still on Trimix but a very strong formula. It works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't

Thank you. I'm not sure if my lack of sex drive is due to knowing I won't perform or a genuine lack of interest...

ED drugs will help you get hard but they won't make you horny. If your lack of drive isnt connected to performance anxiety you should talk to a doctor about it and get your hormones checked.

ED drugs are great though. I was on a medication that causes ED so my doctor gave me a prescription for Viagra. I didn't end up needing it so now I take half of one whenever I want to fuck for a few hours or have a truly crazy edging session.

Like someone else already said, those blue or yellow pills will not change your libido, but if you suspect your lowered libido is "between the ears rather than between the legs", they can help you overcome that. Conditions like depression or lots of unhealthy stress can cause a lowered libido though, in which case you want to seek professional help for that instead. Best of luck !

It is important to get a full physical because ED can also be the first sign of vascular issues, as it was the case with my husband who has type 2 diabetes. In his case, no medication is helpful.
