erection and ejaculation problems

    gigantikok: Contrary to some of the posts on here, i do not have steel hard erections. Most of the time it is hard but points downward at the floor starting mid shaft at about a 60 degree angle. On top of that, my ejaculate and sperm load is merely average. I want to be able to shoot and hit the ceiling with my cum. ive been doing PC Kegels for 3 years and although my penis is overall more muscular, i still cant shoot to the power i want to at will. I also want to be able to unload on a girl and shower her in cum, but I am lucky if i ever shoot out more than a tablespoon or two. Any suggestions as to what to do or what suppliments to take to get steel hard erections, shoot cannon cum shots, and produce liters of cum. It's huge, now i want to work on the other aspects of it.

    Try these two supplements: L-arginine and yohimbe. The l-arginine improves erections via increasing nitric oxide, similar to Viagra. The yohimbe increases bloodflow to the genital areas. Yohimbe was used extensively by impotency clinics before Viagra made it more profitable. I believe a lot of the negative press about yohimbe is put out there by drug companies in order to discourage its use. Yohimbe has been used for centuries, originally coming from Africa.

    You need to take about 3.5 grams of Arginine daily (on an empty stomach). It also increases the production of seminal fluids, which will increase your volume of ejaculate. Get any brand of l-arginine that is the CHEAPEST, and not the ones sold as libildo enhancers for up to 5 times as much ( I use Twinlab).

    The yohimbe i use is Yohimbe Fuel. You take one in the morning and one at bedtiime.

    Both of these supplements are sold and heavily discounted on www.bodybuilding.com if you can't find them locally.

    They each take about 2 or 3 weeks to fully "kick in", and you should start seeing results.

    Also you have been jelquing for a long time and have probably stretched your ligs causing your erection angle to be somewhat lower. I have also noticed that jelqing too intensely gives me softer erections for the next day until my penis recovers. On the other hand, modifying the program for the purpose of increasing general circulation and not for size, causes erections to get stronger and is the basis of a regimen i developed specially to help regain erections do to poor circulation. Do you still jelq heavily?
