Mine used to point straight up, but age has taken its toll. The physical anatomy does change. Now I point much closer to straight out, and if I push my erection up against my body, like where it "used to be" 20 years ago, I feel a slight pulling or stretching that makes it no longer even capable of pointing straight up by itself like it used to, no matter how hard or stiff I get.

I think it's the guy-equivalent of: Teenage girl = perky boobs; then by middle age or older, they become saggy boobs.
