Interesting that you should say that, in my early 30s my doctor asked if I had erectile problems, and I thought it was a routine question, but told him no.
However, the following year at my annual checkup he asked me again; again I said no.
The third year I called him on it, and he did respond that sometimes well-endowmed men will have problems but not interpret it as erectile dysfunction. This was before Viagra, I believe.
I know that in my heyday it would point to my chin; now, I'm lucky if it's parallel to the ground. But at least it gets hard. And yes, I tried Viagra and it works great - too great. My wife has asked that it only be used when absolutely necessary because she does not like it stiff as a board. A little pliable is a good thing.
