Erections after prostatectomy

I had the robotic surgery for my prostate and I haven't had an erection since almost 6 years pump didn't work but going back to my urologist and see if he can find a solution to my erection or lack of erection I will try to let you know what happens

I will be interested to hear how things go; it sounds to me like you’re probably going to need an implant or just do without.
