I go to the gym 3 to 4 days a week and there is always at least one or two guys that are working out and have a noticable boner bulge in their shorts or sweats and its hard all the while they are working out either on machines or weight lifting, is it possible to keep an erection up that long while concentrating on working out??? I know I can get an erection but not keep it up all the while i'm working out
does that happen to anyone ??

apparently so. have you considered that they be that size all the time? in the dark ages we wore a tight jock so we appeared "more gentlemanly". that was what one manufacturer wrote in the package insert.

I have been going to the YMCA since I was a kid and I have never seen a boner there. What am I doing wrong? :biggrin1:

I even heard once that there were sometimes guys that met up in the steam room early in the morning and jacked off. So I showed up at the Y at around 6am. No jack off session, no boners, nothing. umm maybe? i go to the gym like 3 or 4 times a week and sometimes i do get a boner. so yea i guess it's possible, i mean i've had it happen. usually just have to let it subside until i can take care of it later haha

Boxersguy, probably what you are seeing is some men are more tumescent than others. There's always a few guys who look like they are halfway to a chub, but it's really their natural flaccid state.

I'll get them watching some of the other people in the gym go through their routines while I'm resting in between sets, but, once I resume the workout, they subside

Depends if they're taking a Nitric Oxide suppliment. It's the same chemical in Viagra only not as target specific. Gives you a better pump while working out. Check into it.

I get erections more when I haven't cum in a while. I also take L-arginine which is supposed to boost NO levels. There's this one guy that comes into the gym. I've seen a few guys get hard or get a semi at the gym. I believe erections are more likely to occur at the gym because of the higher levels of testosterone produced during weightlifting, which makes us more receptive to visual, olfactory or auditory stimuli (e.g. 'eye candy', pheromones, grunting). Did that sound too scientific? :tongue:

Whenever I do reverse leg lifts I get hard. Dunno if it's cause i'm laying face down and getting rubbed when lifting.......yeah, i guess that's why.

I sometimes get a semi at the gym on and off, mainly because i'm not a fan of tighty whities and the wearing of mesh shorts sometimes gives ya that rubbing feeling.

Elevated Testesterone contributes as well I would assume.
