I go to the gym 3 to 4 days a week and there is always at least one or two guys that are working out and have a noticable boner bulge in their shorts or sweats and its hard all the while they are working out either on machines or weight lifting, is it possible to keep an erection up that long while concentrating on working out??? I know I can get an erection but not keep it up all the while i'm working out
