suaige: Not the biggest guy here, when I get really worked up I can ejaculate before erection in a few seconds. Normally I am quite firm to hard. Also at times when really hard it is so engorged it fills like it is going to rip my skin. It really hurts after a while.

I can always get an erection through foreplay, but it's always a semi-hard erection. When it comes to actual intercourse I can get harder, though not fully hard, but even that can take a while.

I usually get hard but not rock solid until I'm either waking up in the morning with a piss hard-on or a few minutes away from ejaculation. So I'm either thick and straight out or somewhere in that area or rock solid and up and a 45ish. Check out my pics, you'll see what I mean.
