Eric Stone personified the words "masculine" and "hunks". I only know him through XXX-mags from back in 1994-96, or so, but I absolutely fell in love with how hot this guy was. Sadly, he died on Christmas Eve 1996 from AIDS, but my huge crush for him has never subsided. I met Eric Stone several times. There was a nudist playground in the woods that was very popular (until the state obtained the land and threw us all out) and Eric would frequently visit to work on his tan. During one visit I exchanged a few words with him, then moved on, too shy to pursue anything. I think I missed my chance.
I am posting to say that he was a very handsome and sexy guy, but he was also one of the most genuinely nice guys you could ever meet. He would do strip shows for charity at the local gay bar and he would mingle with all the customers. He did a strip show for hire for my friends 40th birthday and we all had a chance to talk to him. So devoid of attitude.
I was shocked to read that he had passed away. Actually, I was stunned. I had seen him the previous summer but I think he was with his boyfriend so I never really got a chance to speak to him. I am sure that he was pretty ill by then. I did not notice it at the time but in hindsight he did look much thinner than I remembered.
