Sadly, plenty of celebs and media figures use NDAs that they will require people to sign before they'll sleep with you or date you. I know a couple of people who have done that. If anyone ever asks you to, just run. Run hard. Run fast. Run far away.

I think you’re mixing up an NDA with a pre-nup. It’s common for public figures to require their partner sign a pre-nup, not an NDA.
