Assuming that from her reaction, and that of the press it is her in the vid. I've never seen her myself (in the UK ESPN isnt a big channel) but I stumbled accross the link on xnxx.

oh its definitely her. ESPN is aggressively hunting down websites that post/link it, and there is a pending investigation trying to find the guy (gal?) that shot the video.
apparently they believe it's someone in the ESPN crew itself, because the clip isn't through a peephole. it's through a pre-drilled hole in the wall, and shot at multiple locations with the same setup. he must have known her schedule and accomodations, which is pretty scary for EA.

Doc - interesting theory, but a bit chauvinistic. Plenty of people walk around "private" places naked. I would think it's especially true of people who have attractive bodies that they may even admire themselves...not an unreasonable position. Unfortunately, I gave in to the urge to watch the vid. It was pretty hot.
Is there really 6 different clips from 2 different hotel rooms? I have only seen the one clip.

If she was spied on ,then the culprits should be suffer the consequences of their actions, but something about this vid is off base in my opinion. Before I saw the vid, I assumed that someone hid a camin the room at a certain angle to get the best view, but watching the vid, the angles change on their own as if someone was in the room with her following her every move. If she didn't know, then this person is a Sam Fisher (Splinter Cell) in training or they took the Peter Griffin class on being a peeping tom- YouTube - family guy - peeping- in which case she was in on it.

okay so she JUST happens to walk around nude all the time which is weird enough but she is NUDE right in front of that peep hole for that much time? directly in front of the peep hole at that. How much of the room could you really see with a peep hole that size and she just happens to be nude in front of it?
I don't want to blame her if she's a victim of some creepy voyer but really it seems weird

Rumors are flying that Erin and her boyfriend shot the videos themselves and the supposed peephole cam was actually done on a tripod with a cardboard cutout affixed to the lens. The more I see how Erin positions herself in front of the cam, shaking her butt and almost perfectly centered, I can believe it. To date nobody has been arrested.

the guy was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison for this today. definitely real, definitely illegal. who knows where the other videos are, and whether or not they feature erin.
