It's a personal choice. There's no right or wrong. If you and your partner(s) like it, that's all that matters. For myself, I prefer to keep myself trimmed or shaven. But if you're liking full bush, enjoy it.

I prefer to see each man as an individual not homogenised and emasculated. Pubes and body hair add so much character to a drawing, within reason I might add.
I like pattern hair rather than cresting at the shoulder coverage.
As an artist I like it to be an embellishment not an impenetrable coverage that I can't see through to draw. I find all these shaven legs and bodies just too gay for straight men to spend so much of their only life shaving (I hate shaving and consider it a curse like ironing! I refuse to iron.) Enough rant to each his own.
