Here's your solution..... go to amazon.com. Under health, look for TENS units. They are the same unit as ESTIM. You can even purchase the pads at much reduced prices from what the porn shops or toy stores charge. There are several models to choose from. I bought one for a friend in Brazil and sent it to him. Even with shipping charges to Brazil, he saved $$$. I refuse to get one. I've tried them before, and love them.. I know I'd never leave home if I owned my own. Experiment with pad placement.
