Can anyone recommend an estim kit or a site? Tons online but I am a beginner to estim. I want one with the cock and sack ring as well as pads. It makes more sense to have an Ac/dc option. I just find it overwhelming when researching for a decent kit rather than select so many separate options.

I've collected many power units and accessories over the years, but I suggest you start simple. And start cheap -- many of the inexpensive boxes are better buys than the fancy ones.

For a good start, try the Ultima 5 starter kit at Happy Stim: Ultima 5 a/k/a TENSAA TENS Unit - With 2 Free Choker's

It's not super-powerful, but it lets you try out a variety of stimulation patterns and frequencies. It also includes basic self-adhesive electrodes and some 'loop' electrodes.
