I think you’re coming into the situation from your prism and you believe the rest of the world is too.

I think Ethan knows what his fans like and what gets views. I think we all know that. Otherwise he's as boring as bat shit and spends all his time working on his body.

While this COULD be the case, I doubt it. I've watched 1 of his stories where he's professed to deeply believe in God. The others are him flexing in a semi clothed state. He tailors his image and content to gain admiration, like we all do.
