WOO HOO now this is a post where my screen name comes into play.

I am a mixed race West Indian black guy and i have ended up with the average and thats why im kinda_jealous of all the guys who are packing the real thing. I am 6 inches long but i have a very fat girth of 5.75-6" when real excited.

Stereotypes hurt for sure. I once went with a black guy just because he said he was 9.5" and he said he was the smallest in his family and everyone else was packing 10 11 or 12 inches. I'm finding myself turning into a size queen so i thought i scored the jackpot here with him. When i told him my size he was shocked and absolutely swore that i couldnt be that "small" just because im black and we arent supposed to be that size. He was also West Indian. to have an ability/feature that others don't, there needs to be an environmental pressure preventing those without the ability from breeding or surviving as well as the members of the group with the ability.

The only way it would be possible for black men to have on average larger
penises than other races would be if for some reason it was extremely hard
for black men with average or small penises to impregnate black women.

And the difference in conception rates would have to be drastic.

As someone who has read a lot of primary sources from the beginning of the colonial era, I can state that often what was written was not based in fact, but exoticism and othering. Meaning, early European explorers desire to find a certain exotic sexual or cultural behavior (based upon their own being the benchmark for 'normalcy') impacted their perception and reporting of their experience, often brief, with the culture.

Further, Africans are not a monolithic group, so there is no way early explorers went to Africa, the continent, and found the women to be promiscuous. They may have found a woman, or even a tribe that was sexually free or merely unconstrained by Victorian mores (why would they be? ), but not African women, because that is culturally impossible for many groups, particularly those that highly control (I know you assign this behavior to Asians) or segregate their women.

I think this whole debate is pointless.
However, do not simplify the field of population genetics to make a point.
By relying on the breeding success argument you fail to answer the question (and please DON'T - let's just drop this) as to why the wide size variation.
There should be an optimal size penis for breeding success according to you and therefore all groups should have the same size. But then over time most men should have the average 6 inch penis with very little variation (which is not the case)

There are reasons why some group of men could have on average larger penises beside small penises have trouble impregnating.
Think about it - but don't get back to us.

I had to do an essay on this subject, my teacher picked it out for me, as a joke, and so i did it.
As far as my 'research' went (got it from the net) the avarage black men is 0.2 cm wider then the avarage white men, asians have smaller penises because asian woman are thighter and smaller then lets say whites and black woman.
But all of this is nonsense, just like in animals there are variations, for example ants.
Avarage ant is strong, red ants can sting, green ands kill and attack everything they see.
Going by that standard, Asians are smaller, more wit, Black people are better at sports (cause they were the real hunters, africa ofcourse is way more dangerous then europe, and thats why black men also have bigger and stronger bones) and white people are in between i think, i dont really know what the 'perk' of being white was.
