European men seem much more confindent with their masculinity

This week on Top Chef NY when the Italian guy won the challenge his friend from Finland kissed him on the lips.

You wouldn't see two straight American guys do that.

It depends was it a long lingering slow soul kiss or a quick peck? I disagree!

A friendly kiss, like you would give on the cheek, but on the mouth.

Who knows they maybe into each other, they were wrestling around and playing around a lot.

Our whole culture's a bit off kilter in that department. We've got a big ocean on both sides of us so we're a little isolated culturally. Many if not most U.S. folk have little idea of the wide world beyond our borders.

In England men kiss, direct family, close friends etc. I wouldn't say we kissed as much as some men do in some European countries though, like in Italy. We're are slightly disconnected from mainland Europe, 20 miles of water does make a difference.
