And here's one for Alex:
Damn! I guess then I'm not allowed to participate in that quiz? *sniff*
LOL...of course you can, sweetie!:biggrin1:
Woo hoo! 12 out of 12... Then it asked me for money.
Oh, thank you!!! I never would have done it until I've got your permission...
Okay I'll confess: I took a look at it but that's all... really...
Well you've got me! I already did it... shame on me...
Is this a hearing or what?:biggrin1:
BTW: my result for Europe is 105/111
The only ones that I had to scratch my head on were the Scandinavian countries.
Thank you, Windy
...12/12 here as well ... I was hoping they'd include all the former Yugoslavian states to make it more of a challenge, though
Heh. Not only did I get a 12 out of 12, but I know all my capitals as well!
For example: What's the capital of Portugal? P! What's the capital of Denmark? D!
I kill myself. . .
...which is precisely why this quiz would have included nations such as Macedonia, Belarus, Estonia, Slovenia, Moldova, etc. if I'd have designed it. I hate people getting 100%
No need to go that far, ME, the joke wasn't that bad
Re: Moldova - just curious: How many folks here from the US knew there was a Moldova and could find it on the map?
As a political junkie, those wouldn't scare me off. The only one of those that I'm slightly iffy on without peeking is Slovenia. On the other hand, if you put San Marino on there, I'm pretty sure that I'd never be able to click on the right pixel.
I remember walking from one end of San Marino to the other, which was a fun way to spend 20 minutes ... it would have been quicker if they made the place less hilly.
Hmmm...I'll see if I can find something
that will challenge you boys a little...
Hmmm... I could swear I did a different quiz yesterday... no numbers to type in just point the asked state out on the map... and more points (111 was maximum)... did the link change or did they improve the quiz?
The first one was way better... sad...
There are several quizzes...the one
for the the States, Fresh...maybe
that's the one?
12/12 here too. Don't know if I would have done as well had not every question been from western Europe.
Well, I did the one with the US, where you had to put the states like puzzle tiles onto the map.
And when I clicked your link for the Europe quiz for the first time there was a quiz, where you had to point out the asked state on the map.
Now when I click on the link a quiz shows up where there is a map with the numbered states and you have to type in the asked state's number...
Well, it doesn't matter...
I liked the first one better but it's still fun...
15 out of 18 (they started doing repeats)
Well, that's better than I did with Canada.
I like this.......
12/12 here as well...yea not having to do anything past germany/italy = really easy
