Queen's Blade is basically this. A group of mostly extremely busty women in skimpy armor that wouldn't really protect you from anything fight in a tournament every four years to determine who will be the next Queen. There are some basic games, some OVAs and a short anime series. And there is tons of hentai for it. But that could be said for a lot of series.
Another costume I bet I would love is Major Motoko Kusanagi from GitS.

Actually, I brought it up when TheBF came home from work. It was a hilarious conversation. He actually loved my suggestions, but he said, "Anything along the lines of the 'victim look' works for me: schoolgirl, anything with electrical tape on your wrists, slave girl..."
I said, "Princess Leia in the slave girl costume?"
"Oh yeah! And I'd have geek street cred. I'd love to be able to tell my geek friends that MY girlfriend dressed up like Slave Leia for me." He beamed with geek pride, that dork. :tongue:
He said, "A Roman slave girl would work, too, but really, I like the schoolgirl look." No surprises, there.

He also loved the Laura Croft idea, which I got because he once told me that you stare at her butt during the entire game (I've never played it) and he liked that. He's an ass man.

Petite, I say do the naked kitten. Look on ebay for cheap ears and stuff or you could go to the local craft/ fabric store and dig through their remnants tables and find fake fur cheap. You could get all kinds of neat stuff and construct a little costume. That's so much fun! If you're trying to do it by halloween I would suggest hitting the fabric store, more time consuming, but more fun. The blonde kitten is hot, you could do something similar and get fur to match close to your hair color and wait by the front door in it when he comes in.... "meow" :biggrin1:

Yep. I was reading FetLife and I ran across this guy, a "pet owner" who had 3 or 4 "pets" all dressed in costumes like that, except without the boots, and with a collar and leash, and on their knees gazing up at him adoringly. They're furries evidently. I always thought that furries wore full body costumes, but I was wrong! A lot of furries are naked chics wearing butt plug tails and leashes. TheBF was very impressed. All the women were really young, like between 18-23 and the guy was about TheBF's age. TheBF said, "That guy's a GENIUS!" I said, "If we ever break up, this is the first thing that you're going to do, isn't it?"
Maybe tell him you're a zombie and you need the "liquid brains" from his "other head" to live, and that the process of accessing those "brains" requires his being in-character as whatever you want him to dress as?
