Ever been approached to "escort" or do porn?

I've never understood why so many people are unwilling to accept a payment.

It's funny...it's pretty easy to find someone who's willing to have sex with just about anyone for free, but then if you ask them if they've ever been paid, they stick their nose in the air and gasp, "CERTAINLY NOT!"

I think it just goes to show the unreasonable stigma attached to sex work, and to sexual expression in general.

Yes, twice. Once I was walking on the beach wearing a speedo and I was a little on the hard side. I was about 22 and a little on the wild side. This is a repeat thread. I will give a shorter answer than the last time a year or so ago I answered this. I have been asked to do porno, (when I was 19) and was taken by some "friends" to visit a producer friend of theirs they knew. This was when I lived in Europe. I met the producer and a director. They were shooting a film while I was visiting the "set". Anyway, I was not sure I wanted to do this, and when I dropped pants to show what I own the producer was surprised and very interested. Fortunately for me, in hindsight, the "star" of the movie they were shooting, a "star" in the porno world they had brought over from the States to shoot some movies, was on set and he got pissed and very vocal about it because I was so much larger than he. I had never heard of him, never really having seen any "blue" or "porno" movies at the time, but he was well known in porno for being huge. I found this older guys comments rude and his comments and "tantrum" really made the atmosphere tense. I also did not find any of the women I saw on the set to be attractive to me, so with the "star" upset and vocal about it, the producer getting annoyed at him, my friends upset, and no one I saw attractive to me to want to do this, it all seemed sleazy, so I left. One of the wiser things I have ever done in my life. If they had had at least one woman on the set who I found sexy I might have not left and just done it anyway in spite of that "stars" protests, but I am so glad that was not the case. That is my one serious experience with possibly doing porno.
As far as being asked to "escort", no. Never. But I have had women offer to pay to have sex with me or buy me something or whatever. Never took them up on any such offer, though if they were attractive to me, and I would have otherwise have had sex with them, I was still willing even though they offered some form of financial incentive.
I am sort of an old fashioned kind of guy that way. I still feel I pay for any outings even if the woman suggested the outing and invited me. The exception has been on a rare occassion when someone has contacted and has already purchased two tickets to some event, and wants to know if I will go with her. I do, but still pay for meals, concessions, etc, and offer to reimburse her for the cost of the tickets.
But I pay my and my dates way, open doors, help with coats and such, and still carry a clean hankerchief every day of my life in case some lady needs it. Being too big does not mean you have to have a too big ego and stop being a gentleman.

I have to say yes, yes and yes, yes. I wasn't disrespected at all. I was travelling/on holiday at the time, so it didn't feel like part of my day to day life. The money just meant I got to do more on my holidays. The last time was last summer.

It was never going to be a profession for me, and I am happy with my choices. I have pretty much built a different life now. I don't go looking, but I know there are pics of me around on the net. I haven't really thought about it too much.

These days I protect my privacy more.
