I had one experience I can remember. We had a conference in Chicago this summer. I checked out but had meetings, so I asked if I could use the gym because my flight was later. Being prior service military of the US Army for 5 years and did a tour of Iraq one year. To answer this question honestly is yes multiple times usually in a open showers environment or changing clothes. I have a similar experience with my coworker and college friend. We took Kimpo Karate together at the local gym. I would shower there after our lesson and he wouldn't, just go home. I convinced him after about a month of badgering him to use the showers at the gym. When he saw how relaxed I was being nude in frontnof him and he slowly got nude.
