Just stating. I'm sure there are plenty in which I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. But the ones I have seen, I can.big dirigible said:I doubt it. There's no empirical way you can support such a statement.
Maybe to one's self. But to the world around you it is a lie. You're lying to everyone who looks at you. You may feel like a woman and have the body of the man and attempt to correct it for yourself, but you're not "correcting" anything for the world. When you do changes like that especially physically to yourself, you're only doing it for you. And that may be a big self-esteem booster for some people. But you're still perpetrating a lie to the world around you. It's the equivalent of playing pretend.big dirigible said:No, it's about truth, not deception. A person has a problem - mind and body don't match. (Do not confuse this with the gay/straight dichotomy - it's not the same thing at all.) Said person has to decide which dominates, and go with it. That's a pretty good definition of honesty.
I also think if you have sex with a transexual you're lying to yourself too. I mean, if you wanna be with a guy, then go be with a guy. Don't try to make yourself feel better about it because it looked like a woman. Also, I'm not trying to offend anyone on the subject. It's definately not my intention. I understand different strokes for different folks. Just stating my humble opinion.
