I've done it three times (remarkable considering my foreskin is so short to begin with) and try to go with buttons also - except that button flies are so stinkin' hard to undo in a hurry
Yes, not just the foreskin, but the entire penis! How? When I was about 8-11, I was in a junior school and we were given the opportunity to do a little horse riding and yes, I have done a bit in my time, never got on really. (Yet, I prefer trains!)
Anyway, we had to wear specialist trousers, of course, I was a bit big for most of them (so they were tight fitting!) and there was one time where I got changed, zipped up my fly and ouch, the skin got caught in it. Surprisingly, it didn't feel like it hurt much, I am just left with a nice long twisted scar which one day, I may post a pic of. (And apart from that, I had the problem of not able to cope with animal hair that well. Yet, I live with 2 dogs and every time I go to my friend, who has 2 cats, I end up with a huge runny nose, itches, etc.)

.. and hard to do up in a hurry. I find that you have to undo all of them, then do up all the buttons. Still, at least you don't get left with the embarrassment of your flies falling down, as one pair of jeans I own, have that minor problem.
I zipped my head and skin up when I was 14 and it almost killed me I had to get my dad to help!

I've never caught my foreskin but I did nick my scrotum once, by accident. I was astounded at how much it bled.
On a slightly similar subject, a mate of mine at school, when we were 11, came off his bike and caught his genitals on the nut at the top of the vertical tube where the handlebar attaches, ripping his foreskin through his trousers. Luckily it healed ok.

One of the worst things I have had to do as a dad, help a bleeding, scared son... (the one 'plus' was that his brothers knew about it and I think it taught them a great 'lesson' about tucking...

Ive probably done the same thing before, but just FYI, the guy whom you ask to clarify his statement hasn't been seen on this sight in over 7 years.
But for the fun of renewing an old thread.
The answer to the original question is No, I have not zipped my foreskin up in my zipper.
The elongated answer is that I have had some zipper issues. I don't really have enough foreskin to easily get in a zipper, as mine doesn't even cover the end of my dick, let alone hang down at the tip.
But somewhere around the end of college, or at least the end of a wrestling season a bunch of us were getting dressed up for the end of season awards banquet. Well a lot of guys aren't prepared with their normal college attire to get all dressed up. But between us we had enough ties and dress pants and shirts if we swapped around enough. Well I had gone up a couple weight classes since I had last worn the only pants I had with me and they were pretty tight fitting to start with. Well I donated those to another guy to whom they weren't quiet at tight on but the pair I ended up with was still tight.
I cant' remember why I was so limited to underwear choices, but the only thing I had to choose from was boxer shorts, some way too baggie boxer briefs, and a number of jockstraps well worn from the season. I am actually fairly partial to the jockstrap, never having set foot on the mat to compete without one on, but I tried both the other options first and they were both making the pants even tighter with the extra fabric and wadding up in my crotch and making me very uncomfortable, maybe not that bad in hind sight........
I ditched the underwear options and rustled around to find a fairly clean looking jockstrap albeit an older one.
You know the row of stitches at the bottom of the pouch on a jockstrap?
Kind of runs from where they sew the legstraps on and closes up the bottom of the pouch material giving it the pouch form instead of just flat elastic.
Well, stitches are made of thread and thread sometimes gets fraid .
I was actually enjoying the comfort of a soft, thin, well broken in jockstrap, seemed as if it was perfectly stretched for me.
I have it on and my nuts all comfy (for the moment), get my pants on and pulled up, my nuts settling out against the bottom of the zipper area.
I squat down to get the thigh area of the pants stretch out a bit and raise back up, grab the zipper and up it goes.......and down I go, I have never been in so much pain in just a split second.
I really don't know what happened first. I couldn't really lean over and look down because it just tugged at everything more and made the pain worse. I was like 500 people each had a hold of a pubic hair and were seeing how slowly and painfully they could pull them out.
Some of the stitches from that part of my jockstrap and most of my pubic hair from that region were in my zipper. I really dont' think it got any skin or cut me, but it pulled so many hair at once it left a red/raw/sore spot on my nut sack right between my nuts.
I was frozen in position, whatever position it was that felt like there was less pressure on the zipper pulling my pubic hair.
Lucky guy I am I had a few friends/teammates eager to yank the zipper down, not really caring if I was caught in it or not. Fortunately no skin was caught.
To hell with modesty, I was all to eager to pull my ballsack out of the jock to make sure I was ok, and had plenty of prying eyes to help me verify the status of my package.
Fortunately one of them had a bit of sense and found some oragel to numb the pain a bit.
When the shock and pain wore off, I cupped my packed, as in my hand was between the jock and the pants while 2 of my teammates worked the zipper back up and over/around the enhanced bulge that included my hand.
When it was safely up I felt it was safe to take my hand out and surprisingly the oragel was doing a decent job of keeping the pain numb.
