Does anyone have pictures showing the effects of improper workout techniques? For example, only focussing on the chest without paying attention to the shoulders?
Also, I would love for someone to show me pictures of the different outcomes of focussing on the lower abs only vs only focussing on the actual 6-pack section of the abdomen. Just out of curiousity, can someone explain what exactly the lower abs are?
Other things I'd like to see are examples where people focus on the biceps without the triceps etc, or the reverse?
