I also am into working and weightlifting. Should I do my PE excersizes on different days that I am lifting, for blood flow reasons or does it not matter. Because I like to do crunches everynight but I also like to do my pe routine every day, will that conflict? Also if there are any doubters, this does work. I first started this routine a few years ago and found good results and good confidence, but I stopped doing it and am trying to start up again.
