exercise and suitable underwear

    Hi, Just registered in the hope that I could get some decent advice.
    i have recently taken up running-which I really enjoy. My problem is that my panis is nearly 8 inches when flaccid and seems to go all over the place while all the time-this is even worsse when I am running.
    I always wear either boxer briefs, trunks or very supportive pants.
    A friend suggested going commando, but I would just fall out the bottom of most shorts.
    I really want help on this as it is really uncomfortable and i dont want to look like i am playing with myself when I am running.

    i like to wear the under armor spandex shorts as my underwear when i work out. i usually just wear some basketball shorts over them. works great

    you definitely need to get a loose fitting pouched brief or boxer brief. Something that will allow room without squishing you uncomfortably. I LOVE these..and they stretch to fit without binding. :) They are a lil' more expensive...but well worth it. :)

    My gf has hounded me for quite a while about wearing more than just running shorts with liners but I blew her off until my doctor told me that I need to support the "boys" (as he calls the package) so I wear compression shorts now. In the 70s and early 80s I wore a jock and it just made me look like I had a constant erection.
