Exercises for Girth?

    What is the best penis exercise to start with to show good results for girth development fairly soon?

    The problem I have found is that it takes ages to see results and you end up wondering if it is worth the effort.

    Squeeze it between a brick and a piece of varnished birch with exactly 400 lbs of pressure. Wait 20 seconds, squeeze again, then take a picture of it and post it here. Guaranteed to work.

    Yes, 400lbs give or take a few pounds. I have a friend who weighs 380 lbs. For a fee he will help you in this endeavor while carrying a 20 lb bag of oats.

    make an OK sign with your hand. start at the base of your penis and move it down to the end so the blood gets pushed toward the end of your penis. Follow up with the other hand. Do this for 30 minutes a day until you start having erection problems. Then take a break until you can get fully hard again. just keep cycling. your dick should grow most during the recovery periods.
