Are there any exercises (for the dick or body) that any one does to acheive maximum stiffy?

I've always thought kegels did the trick. I mean, I did it when I was younger, and I have to say...that vein does pop up a lot now and I only get it when I can feel the blood rushing in my dick.
what works for me is of course - squats, but also do abductor and adductor for upper, inner and outer thighs. this increases blood flow to the groin area. also do lower ab. work - i set a decline bench on about a 50-60 degree angle and crunch up and do cross crunches. all these things increse blood flow and circulation to the part of the body you want.
ive seen some isometrics that focus on that area too, called dragon flies. real nice.
The extra testosterone you generated doing squats is what made you extra hard the next morning.
