I'm not so much into voyeurism as exhibitionism. I used to be very shy in school and would never take showers after P.E. I always requested the last class of the day. Once I had no choice but to hit the showers before leaving and that was the beginning of the end...
All these jocks and thugs I had looked up to during regular classes were butt-naked and self conscious when the pants came off. But the thing that changed that day was that a few guys made mention of my dick and that they couldn't believe how big it was. (My dick reached it's current size in 7th grade.) The ones who didn't say anything still would look and pretend not to. Once, the conversation turned to girls and a few of us got hard and that's when I REALLY got into the idea of letting the world see. Everyday after that, I was in the shower with no hesitation.
As for nowadays, with the exception of work, I always wear the right pants to let it be very prominent and usually half-hard. The best thing is when a str8 couple sees and the guy tries not to look, but can't help it. Once I was in Home Depot and a couple passed by me looking for something. A few minutes later, the guy ended up in the aisle I was in and pretended to look for paint cans. I walked to the restroom and stood at the urinal and whipped it out. I didn't have to go & neither did he, but knowing he wanted to see it made me brick-hard.
